Where to start? Wow! I am so impressed with the overall experience, quick, friendly and very knowledgeable service which I received from Felix and his team. With consistent communication through out the process and a clear passion and love for his field of expertise. They collected, washed, colour corrected and mended 2 of my Beautiful prized Kilim rugs which had definitely seen better days! They also personally delivered the rugs once the service was completed and even wanted to lay the rugs for us, but we did not have a space prepared for them yet. They are now ready for the next stretch of love and wear they will get. Thanks guys, I'll be in contact again when I need this kind of service, and highly recommend to anyone else.
Felix workmanship is excellent and far superior to the previous carpet cleaner I used. I own an Airbnb and called on a Sunday afternoon to clean up carpets after guests where sick and threw up all over it. He did such an excellent job removing that stain that I asked him to clean the carpet in a very long passage which had been damaged from a leak in the room. I am very very impressed that he manage to get the stains in the passage out and I don’t have to replace those carpets. Thank you Felix. Highly recommended service and I am going to be a customer for my many future cleaning needs, carpet upholstery and leather.
Felix went out of his way to find a matching carpet to fix a hole against the door frame that had developed over time. The installation was quick and neat, many thanks to Felix and Lawrence.

I sent a Ford Figo hatchback which had spent over a month with the mechanic undergoing full service. It came back with greasy, heavily stained seats, and with a damp musty smell. I totally lost all the love for my car. However, it took Emergency Carpet Care Services only 4 hours to revamp and add that entra depth, richness and gleen to the interior making it look new.
